Brenneka and Samivo specialize in technical installations for buildings, including HVAC, electrical systems, and fire protection. This acquisition aligns with Strabag's strategy to enter high-growth markets and leverage Brenneka's strong market position and expertise. Strabag PFS is already active in several European countries, providing integrated building solutions.
