inDrive, a ride-hailing platform founded by Arsen Tomsky, has established a subsidiary in Romania named Ereltech, marking its entry into the local market. The app, which allows passengers and drivers to negotiate fares, is not yet available in Romania. inDrive operates in over 48 countries and focuses on emerging markets. Tomsky, who recently acquired Kazakh citizenship, has relocated the company's operational hubs due to the war in Ukraine.
