The project, located in Borzești, has an installed capacity of 153 MW but currently lacks a technical connection approval. SANY entered the Romanian renewable sector last year by acquiring a photovoltaic project with storage in Dolj. Founded in 1989, SANY is a major industrial conglomerate in China, with significant revenues and a global presence. Its renewable energy division is expanding investments in wind and solar projects, including a 168 MW wind project in Serbia.
