Gigantul austriac STRABAG cumpără două firme românești cu afaceri de peste 25 milioane EUR - StartupCafe

Austrian construction group STRABAG is expanding in Romania by acquiring 100% of Brenneka Install SRL and Samivo Instal SRL, both specializing in construction installations. The deal, announced on August 11, 2026, is pending regulatory approvals and aims to enhance STRABAG's Building Solutions division in Eastern and Southeastern Europe. Brenneka Install reported revenues of approximately 24.5 million EUR in 2025, while Samivo Instal had around 950,000 EUR. This acquisition follows STRABAG's recent purchase of BAWI Construction SRL, further solidifying its presence in the Romanian market.
