Ghid program baterii stocare: Problemele identificate de prosumatori

The Association of Prosumers and Energy Communities (APCE) has identified seven issues in the public consultation guide for obtaining public funds for energy storage batteries. These issues include discrimination against those who have already invested in batteries, lack of correlation between solar panels and battery capacity, and the exclusion of off-grid households. APCE argues that the guidelines favor larger installations and lack clarity on data access and battery performance requirements. They call for corrections to ensure fairness, legality, and technical quality in the funding program.
