Germania intenţionează să incrimineze videourile cu violuri şi deepfake-urile cu conţinut sexual
Germany plans to criminalize the possession, production, and distribution of videos depicting rape as part of a new law addressing digital violence. The proposed legislation will also target identity misuse and unauthorized deepfake content. Currently, German law does not prohibit the possession of such materials for private use, and distribution is not automatically a crime. The new law aims to explicitly criminalize unauthorized images of nudity and the use of fake profiles to harm someone's reputation. The bill is set to be reviewed by the government soon.
