George Simion susține că România este o ”republică bananieră” în Uniunea Europeană: ”Nu suntem democrație”

He urged EU members to monitor judicial actions against Călin Georgescu, advocating for the restoration of democratic competition. Simion emphasized that the will of the people expressed in free elections should not be undermined by unjust legal processes, warning that excluding political forces weakens European values. He called for the release of political prisoners and genuine democratic competition in Romania.
