Despite this, PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu stated they do not support the suspension, arguing that Dan has not violated the Constitution. AUR is seeking signatures from PSD parliamentarians for the suspension, which requires a third of parliament members to initiate and a majority to approve. If successful, a referendum must be held within 30 days.
