George Simion, despre fermierii care au protestat în București: „De doi ani tot ies în stradă, ies la vot și sunt ignorați”

George Simion, leader of AUR, discussed the farmers' protest in Victoriei Square and the violence between some protesters and police. He chose not to join the protest to avoid accusations of hijacking it. Simion emphasized that the protest involved not just shepherds but also many dissatisfied Romanians from various social backgrounds. He criticized authorities for ignoring the protesters' struggles and highlighted that they have been protesting for two years without being heard. Simion also dismissed claims linking the protest to Călin Georgescu, suggesting that the government is desperate due to lack of popular support.
