The jacket, part of Jean Paul Gaultier's 'Rock Stars' collection, was worn at a charity gala in April 1988 alongside Cliff Richard. The total payment, including fees, reached £110,000. The auction featured documentation from AIDSTakeCare International and Barbara Valentin's daughter, confirming the jacket's provenance.
