President Nicușor Dan has promulgated the amended law on electricity and natural gas, known as the 'Prosumer Law', after a three-year delay. This law introduces significant changes, including monthly billing for prosumers with installations up to 200 kW, eliminating the previous surplus energy carryover period. Additionally, it allows individuals with installations up to 27 kW to use compensation amounts for paying bills across multiple consumption sites under the same supplier.
