A landlord discovered her rented apartment in Florești, Cluj, in a shocking state after three years of tenancy. The young couple, who seemed responsible, left the place filled with garbage and damage. The landlord, living abroad, was unaware of the situation until she returned to find the electricity disconnected and the apartment uninhabitable. Neighbors had alerted the police due to the smell, but the tenants had moved out without notice. The landlord had to spend around 8,000 euros for renovations, realizing she had trusted the tenants too much. She warns other landlords to be cautious and conduct regular checks on their properties.
