The Department for Emergency Situations has launched an investigation into the incident. The mother reported that the ambulance took over an hour to arrive and did not check her child's vital signs. During the journey, the crew made a stop for personal shopping, worsening the child's condition. Upon arrival, the child was unresponsive, and the crew provided minimal assistance. The investigation revealed that the crew did not monitor the patients adequately, leading to fines and disciplinary actions against the staff involved.
