G4Media: Percheziții la Spitalul Județean Ilfov. Posibilă fraudă cu fonduri PNRR

The European Public Prosecutor's Office conducted seven searches related to suspected fraud in public procurement for a €4 million project funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The searches took place at the Ilfov County Council and the Ilfov County Hospital, as well as at several companies and private residences. The investigation focuses on allegations that the project's budget was artificially inflated through manipulated equipment and medical material costs, including nearly 70 fake price offers. The case was initially reported by the National Anti-Corruption Directorate, with support from the European Anti-Fraud Office. No names or details about preventive measures have been disclosed yet.
