The interim Minister of Economy, Irineu Darău, announced plans for mergers and dissolutions of state companies to enhance efficiency. Starting in 2027, a standardized remuneration methodology for administrators will be implemented, linking pay to performance indicators. Mergers include Telegondola Mamaia with Mamaia SA and others, while companies like Servicii Publice SRL will be dissolved. The minister emphasized the need for transparent remuneration based on performance, aiming to reduce the number of state companies and improve accountability. Additionally, a platform for dialogue with the private sector has been launched, with over 290 registrations, to foster better communication and policy development.
