Furnizorii de energie vor fi clasificați pe culori. ANRE introduce Indicele de Gestionare a Plângerilor

The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) in Romania will classify energy suppliers based on their complaint management through a new Complaints Management Index (IGP). This index will categorize suppliers into six color-coded groups, reflecting their performance in handling customer complaints. The system aims to enhance transparency and allow consumers to compare suppliers not only by price but also by their customer service quality. The IGP will be calculated quarterly and published on ANRE's website, aligning with the European Commission's initiative to improve consumer trust and facilitate offer comparisons. This measure is part of a broader effort to ensure suppliers are accountable for their customer relations.
