Funcționar public din Timiș, arestat preventiv la domiciliu pentru luare de mită

A public official from Jimbolia was arrested for taking bribes related to identity document processing. He was caught receiving 550 lei to expedite a service. This is not his first offense, as he allegedly solicited bribes on multiple occasions. Investigators conducted searches at two locations and seized relevant documents and electronic devices. The official was initially detained for 24 hours and is now under house arrest for 30 days while the investigation continues.
