The e-Terra payment link functionality has been reactivated, allowing authorized individuals to send unique payment links for ANCPI fees. A high volume of requests was recorded during the downtime, with 329,476 requests submitted and 279,242 resolved. ANCPI is prioritizing the management of these requests while monitoring system performance. Users may experience longer wait times temporarily, and other ANCPI platforms will be reactivated gradually. For assistance, users are encouraged to contact dedicated call center lines.
