FSB îl acuză pe șeful Telegram de complicitate la terorism. Moscova a emis un mandat internațional de arestare pe numele lui Pavel Durov
The FSB has charged Telegram founder Pavel Durov with complicity in terrorist activities and issued an international arrest warrant. Russian authorities claim the platform failed to remove content used for coordinating attacks within Russia. Durov, who has faced pressure from Russian authorities for years, denies all allegations and asserts he has committed no illegal acts. Telegram, a widely used encrypted messaging app, has over a billion users and operates outside Russia. Meanwhile, French authorities are also investigating Durov for insufficient action against criminal activities on the platform.
