The Romanian Football Federation introduces a "black card" in youth football competitions to permanently stop matches due to abusive behavior from parents or spectators. This card signals the referee to end the game after two warning stages have been exhausted. Initially, the referee temporarily halts the game, asking coaches to address the issue with their supporters. If the behavior continues, the match is suspended for 10 minutes, allowing coaches to calm the situation. If problems persist after resuming, the referee ends the match and displays the black card. This measure targets inappropriate behavior towards children, staff, referees, and other spectators, aiming to improve the experience for young players.
