Fraudă la examenul pentru permis. Candidaţii primeau din exterior răspunsurile la teste folosind aparatură audio-video

The Bucharest Tribunal's Prosecutor's Office has detained six individuals, including a driving school administrator, for aiding candidates in passing the driving theory exam through real-time answers using audio equipment. Eight defendants are under investigation for forming an organized crime group, influence trafficking, and other offenses. Six have been detained for preventive arrest, while two candidates are under judicial control. Prosecutors conducted searches in Bucharest and Giurgiu, seizing evidence and approximately 400,000 lei. The group allegedly provided candidates with disguised communication devices to relay exam questions and answers. The operation was coordinated by a 57-year-old man who set fees for services, including falsifying documents for driving course completion.
