Frații Tate, arestați la Miami, refuză extrădarea în Marea Britanie
Andrew and Tristan Tate appeared in a Miami federal court to contest their extradition requested by British authorities, following their recent arrest. The British prosecutors have charged them with multiple offenses, including rape and human trafficking, related to incidents from 2010 to 2017. Their lawyer claims the arrest is politically motivated, aimed at hindering their defamation lawsuits in the U.S. The Tates, who moved to Romania in 2016, were previously arrested there for forming a criminal group for sexual exploitation. Their extradition process will continue in Miami alongside ongoing legal proceedings in both the UK and Romania.
