Social media influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate allegedly used the 'lover boy' method to lure women into producing online pornographic content under coercion. British legal documents reveal that the Tates promised romantic relationships to women, then resorted to violence and threats to manipulate them. The brothers, who hold dual citizenship, were arrested in Miami after the UK requested their extradition. They have not yet appeared in a British court to face charges including rape and human trafficking, which they deny. Their lawyer argues that the accusations lack proper verification due to the anonymity of the accusers. The Tates are also under investigation in Romania for similar charges.
