Dedeman plans to build a new store in Dumbrăvița, Timiș County, on a 14.5-hectare site purchased from Țiriac Imobiliare. The store will cover approximately 21,900 square meters and is part of a larger commercial complex. The project will unfold in several phases, starting with the Dedeman store, followed by a shopping gallery and dining areas. The initial investment is estimated at 40 million euros, excluding the land cost. The entire complex will feature over 1,200 parking spaces to accommodate visitors.
