The project includes a two-story school, a six-story dormitory, sports facilities, and green spaces. The company previously acquired the site of the former Letea paper factory and has plans for a tennis academy. Dedeman is also expanding internationally, having purchased the Praktiker chain in Greece and planning to enter the Moldovan market. The retailer operates 65 stores in Romania and reported a revenue of over 13 billion lei last year.
