Frații Pavăl, proprietarii Dedeman, au dat în judecată statul român. Care este motivul

The Pavăl brothers, owners of Dedeman, are suing the Romanian state over inadequate compensation for land expropriated for the Iași bypass construction. They claim the offered amount is significantly lower than the land's actual value. The state proposed 1 euro per square meter, while the brothers demand 250 euros per square meter for their 133 square meter plot in Miroslava. They argue that the expropriation altered their property’s configuration and value. Additionally, they were not legally informed about the compensation decision made in 2020 until 2026, which they consider unjust.
