Carmen Dumitrache has been appointed as the new HR director of Carrefour Romania, following its acquisition by Pavăl Holding. She previously led HR at Froo and has over 20 years of experience in the field. Dumitrache expressed her excitement about joining Carrefour, a brand she has known for 25 years. The acquisition by Pavăl Holding includes several Carrefour operations in Romania and is part of a strategic review by the French group.
