Brothers Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, owners of Dedeman, have completed a real estate transaction worth over 120 million euros, acquiring CNE Retail. The project includes a 160-meter high apartment building, a mall, and an entertainment center on the former Cora site. The new urban plan proposes a mixed-use complex with commercial, cultural, and recreational spaces. This investment marks a diversification of their portfolio after establishing Dedeman as a leading company in Romania. They have also recently acquired Carrefour stores in the country and completed a significant real estate deal in 2022.
