The transactions involve acquiring stakes in Unicool Instalații Frig SRL, Acsa Coolteam SRL, Horeco Impex SRL, and Frigoclima SRL. SYCLEF aims to leverage local expertise and resources to enhance its operations in Romania, which is seen as a strategic market for growth. The founders of the acquired companies will retain minority stakes and continue to manage their operations.
