Romanian Naval Forces neutralized an explosive drone fragment near Sulina on Friday, following a similar incident the previous day. The object was found after a commercial vessel reported a suspicious floating item. The EOD team confirmed the drone fragment's explosive nature and safely neutralized it. Both incidents were reported by commercial ships to the Maritime Coordination Center.
