The construction of the Apărătorii Patriei Passage in Berceni is progressing, with the first eccentric pillar now installed. Mayor Daniel Băluță shared updates and images, emphasizing the project's aim to improve traffic flow and connectivity in the city. The project, costing nearly 20 million euros, is expected to be completed by the end of the year, featuring a length of 860 meters and two lanes in each direction. Plans for a new tram line connecting Giurgiului and Pipera are also in development.
