Sarah Rizea, an 18-year-old artistic swimmer, has been crowned Miss Italia 2023. Born in Italy to Romanian parents, she won the title on September 21 at Santa Severa Castle in Rome. Rizea, who has been swimming since age 8 and is part of the national team, has won over 100 medals. She is also pursuing a degree in Psychology and dedicates her title to her supportive family, including relatives in Romania.
