The Sector 6 City Hall is nearing completion of the feasibility study for the Sere Park, a significant green project in Prelungirea Ghencea. The project emphasizes environmental respect, analyzing every tree and square meter of vegetation before design. A dendrological study is underway, covering approximately 7.5 hectares and cataloging around 58,000 square meters of land. Drones and 3D LIDAR technology are being utilized for detailed assessments. The first phase aims to transform 27,650 square meters into a modern park, with the overall goal of restoring green space to the community across the former Military Greenhouses, totaling about 72 hectares.
