Three residential blocks in Blaj will undergo energy rehabilitation through a contract worth over 12.4 million lei, signed with ADR Centru. The project aims to modernize blocks 16, 17, and 30 on Eroilor Street, funded by European sources, with a 23-month implementation period. Key renovations include roof replacement, thermal insulation, window replacement, installation of photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and accessibility elevators. This is the third funding contract signed for the six applications submitted to ADR Centru, with plans to secure funding for the remaining blocks to enhance over 60% of Blaj's residential buildings.
