Tobby, a 5-year-old dog from ASPA Mihăilești, is looking for a loving home in Bucharest. He is energetic and playful, ready to become a lifelong companion. ASPA is hosting an adoption fair in Parcul Bazilescu where Tobby and other dogs are available for adoption. Families adopting will receive gifts from sponsors. Several dogs have already found homes during the event.
