Țiriac Group plans a €100 million investment in a real estate project in Brașov, including residential units, a hospital, and green spaces. The project will be developed in three phases over five years, starting next year. The first phase involves constructing an eight-story apartment building, followed by a complex with 350 apartments. The final phase will include a hospital, park, and kindergarten. Additionally, 15% of the land will be donated to the city for park development, emphasizing community integration. The hospital will be managed by the Țiriac International Foundation to support vulnerable populations' access to healthcare.
