They are guaranteeing a loan for the Skyline project, which is being developed by Ramazan Gur's family company. The investment includes a €17 million loan and a financing loan of 5 million lei for VAT, secured by a 13,290 square meter plot. The project is located near the Rex Hotel and involves constructing two buildings, one with 15 floors for apartments and another with 8 floors for parking. The project is already under construction, with mortgages established on the apartments and commercial spaces.
