Amber, a game development company based in Bucharest, announces Station 58, an adventure and puzzle game from its indie division, Amber Originals. The game reflects Amber's strategy to diversify its business by creating original games. Inspired by director Dustin Hansen's experiences in national parks, it features two distinct characters working to restore a fragmented world in the fictional Barcadero National Park. Players can explore solo or in local co-op mode, utilizing the unique abilities of Starla Pines and her giant robot companion, Shorty. The game involves solving puzzles and overcoming challenges posed by hostile wildlife and traps. Station 58 will be available on PC via Steam, with a release date to be announced soon.
