AMEPIP has confirmed that multiple complaints have been filed and that an internal report has been completed. The agency is also conducting a separate disciplinary procedure. One victim has stated that the case has been reported to judicial authorities. The agency emphasizes that the existence of a disciplinary procedure does not imply guilt. Additionally, accusations regarding Coș's hiring process and alleged political support have surfaced, but these claims remain unverified.
