Significant progress has been reported on the missing section of the A1 highway between Margina and Holdea, with tunnel works exceeding 90% completion. Excavation continues for Tunnel 2, alongside ongoing hydro-insulation and final lining processes. Modern safety systems will be installed in the tunnels, and road works are advancing with the upper foundation layer being laid. A prefabricated beam factory is also being set up on-site to support bridge construction.
