Measurements show the ramp has a slope of approximately 16.46%, exceeding the legal maximum of 9%. This steep incline poses risks for users, especially those in manual wheelchairs. Additionally, the ramp's access is through a narrow space of only 88 cm, and it features a tight turn, making it potentially dangerous. Local residents are unaware of anyone using a wheelchair in the building, highlighting the lack of compliance with accessibility laws. The Sector 3 City Hall allows homeowners' associations to request ramp installations through their website.
