Laufer DriveIn Mall, Romania's first drive-in mall, opened in Otopeni on September 24, offering a unique shopping and dining experience. Developed by Ilan Laufer, the mall features 15 restaurants, retail spaces, and a supermarket, allowing customers to order from their cars or dine on-site. The project, valued at approximately 13-14 million euros, aims to cater to modern lifestyles with convenience and variety. Positioned strategically on DN1, it is expected to attract over 4,000 daily visitors once fully operational. Laufer envisions potential for similar projects in Bucharest and other major cities in Romania.
