The Bucharest City Hall has started installing new tram tracks on Theodor Pallady Boulevard, focusing on the longest section, Lot 1, which spans 18 km. This phase includes complex works to replace old water and gas networks, coordinated with utility companies. The project, valued at 150 million euros, is expected to last two years, with the contractor being PORR. Additionally, a new residential complex named Palladyo is set to be developed in the area.
