The Bucharest City Hall, in collaboration with Apele Române, aims to enhance the banks of the Dâmbovița River throughout the city. A cooperation protocol was approved to improve green spaces and riverbanks. Initial projects will focus on areas like the stretch between Piața Unirii and Podul Izvor, including the reconstruction of Podul Calicilor. The initiative also aims to address urban flood risks and improve water quality. Apele Române will provide necessary data and expedite permits for the projects.
