Bucharest City Hall has begun installing the first tram rail on Lot 1, starting from Theodor Pallady Boulevard, marking a significant step in the 18 km project. Preparatory work for network diversions has been completed without issues, and further complex works are planned for the remaining route, including the replacement of old water and gas networks. Coordination with utility companies will occur during these operations. The route will restore tram services for lines 40, 27, 19, 36, and 23.
