The Bucharest City Hall is developing a "Sea of Green" at the intersection of Calea 13 Septembrie and Tudor Vladimirescu, part of a larger urban renovation project. This initiative includes innovative landscaping with various trees and plants, aiming to enhance the area's greenery and air quality. The project, budgeted at nearly 16 million lei, also involves sidewalk improvements and the planting of over 1,200 large trees and 25,000 shrubs and decorative plants. The first phase of the green corridor is set to be completed by October 26, with ongoing work to expand the green space further.
