The Ministry of National Defense (MApN) quickly responded, labeling it as a manipulation without legal basis. They emphasized that no such incorporation is taking place and that this misinformation coincides with routine exercises for reservists in Bucharest and Ilfov. MApN reiterated that mandatory military service has been suspended since 2007, and urged the public to verify information from official sources before sharing.
