The images, posted in a Facebook group, show the area devoid of workers and in poor condition after heavy rain. The poster tagged the mayor, Ciprian Ciucu, who has promised to oversee ongoing projects. The tram line modernization began in May and is part of a larger construction lot. A contractor indicated that the project is expected to take 12 months, but aims to expedite certain sections to minimize traffic disruption.
