A new Cardiovascular Surgical Center was inaugurated in Târgu Mureș, featuring 219 beds and advanced medical facilities. The center, blessed by Archbishop Irineu, represents a significant investment of over 150 million euros, aimed at enhancing cardiovascular care in Romania. It includes four operating rooms, a hybrid room, and specialized outpatient services. The first patients are expected in early 2027, following the completion of necessary operational steps. This facility is set to improve patient treatment capacity and reduce waiting times for complex cardiovascular interventions.
