Robert Negoiță, the mayor of Sector 3, announced the nearing completion of pedestrian overpass works at Lunca Bradului intersection and the start of another at Odobești intersection. These projects aim to enhance safety around schools and busy streets, with over 1,100 secure crossings planned. The initiative includes specific lighting, electronic warning signs, and tactile markings for disabled individuals. Initial funding applications for European financing have been submitted, with the first ten projects already underway.
